Sorry guys, seems like I have been MIA for quite a while, but I havent forgotten or given up on art or the favors I owe people. I have been really preoccupied with conditioning and training for the up coming "Masters Acrobatics Meet" competition next August in Vancouver. Believe it or not, even when you master how to do a basic back tuck or a front flip, you need to keep doing them pretty much every day so you dont forget how to do them. Adding obstacles in front of them (as well as choreographed martial arts) of course not only makes executing the techniques that much more trickier, but slightly more dangerous as well. Since there is a registered competition this May my coaches are considering enrolling me in it. And by considering, they have been busting my balls with routines.
