Sorry guys, seems like I have been MIA for quite a while, but I havent forgotten or given up on art or the favors I owe people. I have been really preoccupied with conditioning and training for the up coming "Masters Acrobatics Meet" competition next August in Vancouver. Believe it or not, even when you master how to do a basic back tuck or a front flip, you need to keep doing them pretty much every day so you dont forget how to do them. Adding obstacles in front of them (as well as choreographed martial arts) of course not only makes executing the techniques that much more trickier, but slightly more dangerous as well. Nobody ever said being a ninja was easy! If anyone is interested in watching some of the videos I take that showcase some of the basic warm ups and training I do by myself or with my team, you can check out my youtube channel. [link]
I also had to find new work as a computer repair technician so that's been somewhat of a struggle as well (as my last job was really one of a kind). I am currently employed by a computer recycling company called ERA, where I fix salvaged server systems, laptops and desktops... but I imagine that wont last long as I have made a committed effort to get back into school, and I'm really not interested in investing another three years of my life for a company that probably wont survive that long anyways. I'm not sure how school will factor in with everything else going on in my life at this time, but I imagine it wont be anymore time invasive as working at a full time job.
Also, I have also been recently working for my older brothers graphic design firm designing character concepts and figure drawings for a company that is interested in revamping their website. Some of the character concepts can be seen below

So I'll be drawing allot more then usual; regardless of my other perused life ambition. I also haven't given up on my comic, that's still in the works. I expect to have at least one volume self published (for shits and giggles, I dont expect anything to come out of it) by the end of Sept 2011. So I'll be sure to update the progress on that on DA as well. After all this place was what started everything 7 years ago.
